LIMITED WARRANTY

Spider USA Inc. ONE YEAR Limited Warranty covers product that was purchased from its on-line store or an Authorized Dealer defined as any distributor or reseller authorized by Spider USA at the time of sale to sell authentic Spider USA products in their jurisdiction and sold the product in its original package as new.

You must provide proof of purchase from on-line or Authorized Dealer.

The Limited warranty covers the original purchaser and does not extend to any third party or transferee.

This Limited Warranty covers manufacturing defects and does not cover any damage by user such as breakage, cable pull, misuse, abuse, or moister damage.

Spider USA, at its sole discretion, will repair or replace the defective product.

All Warranty claims must be processed though SpiderUSA.net website.

Spider USA Warranty may change from time to time. Please visit the website for any updated Warranty information.

Spider USA is not responsible for items lost in transaction. Spider USA highly recommends to use a shipping method with tracking number or delivery confirmation.

RETURNS

If you receive a WRONG ITEM please contact us within 7 calendar days of receiving the item and we will provide you with return shipping address. We will replace the item with no additional cost to you.

If you purchased an item, change your mind within 7 calendar days of purchase and want to return the item, please contact us and we will provide return address as long as the item is NOT OPENED and Factory Package is not tampered. You will be responsible for all shipping charges (original shipping and return shipping). We also charge 20% re-stocking fee.

If you open the item and use it, then change your mind, please understand that we are not able to re-sell the item. Please contact us and we'll do what we can to help you. We may give you partial refund or partial credit toward your next purchase.

CAUTION

Earbuds are small objects that may cause chocking if accidentally swallowed by children.

Keep out of reach of children.

Listening at excessive volumes can cause permanent hearing damage.
